Before you change your password on any application or device, you need to first change it at the server to make sure you can access your email.
To do this:
1. Open your web browser and go to http://yourdomainname/webmail.
2. Log in with your email address and password
3. Select Password and security from the drop down menu
4. Type in a secure password or use the password generator to create a new password. This will need to contain upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters (e.g. %^&*$). Please note, if your password is not memorable be sure to store it safely.
5. Click Save.
This will allow you to change the webmail login password. It has a great additional feature of having a password generator, although please note that these passwords will not be very memorable so be sure to write it down somewhere safe! As usual, please ensure your chosen passwords are secure by using uppercase and lowercase lettering as well as numbers.
